Chinese New Year 08 and 1st try on Macro photography

Took some pictures during CNY, playing with Macro photography with the FZ18. In case you don't what "Macro" means... it means close up shots. Oh yah, I used Raynox 250 with my FZ18 to take the flowers shots.

Botanic Garden, 1st try on IR photography

Bought a new camera to replace the Casio, Panasonic FZ18. A very good prosumer camera for holiday trips and photography, very versatile. Tried out IR shots with this camera using Hoya IR filter, quite a hassle.

Short trip, a few shots, 1 spoilt camera.

Took these shots with my Casio Exilim, i think after that trip the camera spoilt after coming into contact with sea water...
